Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchases from Bluebell Cottage Gardens. If you are in any way unhappy with your delivery, do get in touch and we will endeavour to put things right.

Unhappy with your plants, or delivery service?

If a plant arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, please let us know as soon as possible.

Sometimes plants are sent out when dormant and will grow later in the year. If you are not sure, carefully tip the plant out of the pot and look for healthy, firm roots, which should indicate a good plant that will grow. Our plants are packed to allow for short courier delays but if a plant is held up in transit, it can become a little pale, or wilt. This rarely happens, but usually some water, and a day or so outside in fresh air will soon revive it.

If you still feel unhappy with your plants and/or the delivery service you have received, please let us know. We will promptly organise a refund or replacement.

Refunds

If you decide, within 7 working days of receipt, that you do not wish to keep a plant, you may return it, in good condition, for a refund of the price you paid (excluding postage and packing).
