One of the best new red Astrantias I've seen. Deep red bracts tipped with black. Leaves edged in pink and black. Very long flowering. Stunning. To 80cm.

Sue's Notes
Like most red Astrantias Star of Fire shows it's strongest colours when grown in plenty of sunlight. Does best in a moisture retentive soil, but OK on our sandy loam. We give it a bucket of water in summer in dry spells
